General Payment Information
When paying by money order, your items won’t ship until we receive full payment. If we haven’t received payment within 30 days of your order, your order will be cancelled without penalty. We will send you an email stating the reason for it’s cancellation and you may always re-order the same or different items again at any time, depending upon current availability.

We are required to automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all other taxes and tariffs on orders shipped to any other state, region, country, as dictated by your local laws.
Free Priority Mail shipping within the U.S. (and APO) for all orders over $100!
Generally, your discs will be mailed out within 1-4 days of receiving your order and they should arrive at any US destination within 2-3 days after that (but please allow 7-10 days to accommodate the vagaries of the US Postal Service). Allow 2 weeks for international orders to clear customs. If you are paying by money order, we will wait to receive your payment before we ship your order. All US and APO orders are typically sent out via USPS 1st Class for small orders of 8 or fewer discs and via Priority Mail for orders of 9 discs or more. USB Drives and other shipments may be sent via First Class or Priority Mail, at our discretion. All orders outside the US are sent via US Airmail. You will receive an email at the time each order ships.
International orders are charged a low flat fee for postage, regardless of order size, so make large orders and save money!
Refunds and Returns for DVDs, VHS, CDs, USB Drives, and Scripts
There are absolutely no refunds due to the reproducibility of this product. Defective discs will be replaced with the same title, as long as we are notified of the problem within a reasonable time after it’s receipt. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item(s) first. There is the possibility that your player isn’t 100% compatible with DVD-R discs and replacing the discs will not resolve the problem. If this situation arises, we will resolve the problem one way or another, on a case-by-case basis. To ensure the best results, please check the compatibility of your player before ordering!
Defective USB drives will be replaced with a similar-sized (or larger) item containing only the original files that were originally purchased. No replacements will be made without prior authorization and we require that you return the defective USB drive first. ALL RETURNS of USB devices must be made within 14 days of customer receipt.
Insurance and postage for all items being returned are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of us sending you the wrong item(s). No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of insurance claims will be our responsibility.
